One way we try to do this is by selling directly to our customers instead of through a field sales force. Thus, we ship directly instead of sending someone to drop-off and pick-up demo units at your location.

To make the demo and purchase decision easy for you and still ensure our demos are either returned or paid for promptly, we offer the following options and savings:

Option1: a 30-day demo unit free of charge

A credit card deposit is required for this option, which we will verify, but will not charge if either:

     1. a payment or purchase order or;
     2. the demo unit itself is received back at our offices within 30 days.

If you decide to keep the product, the price will be the list price plus shipping costs.

Option 2: Buy an ultraStand now with a 10% discount off the list price

and if you decide it doesn’t work for your practice, the product can be returned in like new condition for any reason within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase amount minus a 15% restocking fee.
