Case Presentation
ASA1 6yo female patient scheduled for a complex foot (right lower limb) surgery for congenital malformation.

After assessment of the child and discussion with the parents, we have proposed to insert a para-nervous catheter close to the sciatic nerve to perform a patient-controlled nerve analgesia. For this sort of procedure we recommend to use a special high frequency (15-7MHz) compact linear array transducer for its small size.
